HOME CONFERENCE SCORES  TEAM ROSTER

NEW PROCEDURES

1. We will continue to use one designated practice trap and eight event traps.

2. Their will be NO HANDICAP PRACTICE except at the designated practice trap. It will be the responsibility of each senior shooter to find time between the end of Event #1 and the start of Event #3 to get their required practice shooting done.

3. We will not be taking any breaks between Event #1 and Event #2, Senior and Junior 16 Yard Targets. We will also begin shooting Event #2 while Event #1 is finishing up. Trap fields that have been cleared by Event #1 shooters, shall be used to start Event #2 squads. (Junior 16 Yard Targets)

4. We will ask that you submit your Registration Rosters via email to me on Friday evening by 9:00pm. You will need to send separate Registration Rosters for Senior’s and Junior’s. This will allow me to have everyone in the system on their squads before Saturday morning.

5. We will have each squad shoot all 50 rounds on one trap per event. When it is your squads turn to shoot, each shooter will be required to approach his/her designated post with two boxes of ammunition (50 Rounds). The shooter will place one box on the concrete pad two yards behind their designated post. We will move one trash barrel next to each scorers stand. When the squad has completed their first 25 rounds, they are to approach the scorers stand and discard the empty boxes from the first round. They are to check and attest the score sheet and then return and pickup the box of ammunition on the concrete pad on the way back to their designated post. They will not be allowed to leave the trap area. (No talking and conversing with bystanders, coaches will be allowed to approach the score stand to make recommendations and give words of advice to their shooters only.)

6. We will not shut down for any designated lunch period.

7. From 8:00am till the last event is complete, all traps will be continuously manned. No trap help will be allowed to leave their designated traps except between squads when being relieved by their designated relief person. It will be imperative that all coach’s, and their team’s assigned scorers are in place and ready to begin without any delays.
